A school girl, who was raped, gave birth in the school toilet out of fear, according to reports. The 17-year-old gave birth in a school bathroom in Taiwan on Wednesday. The pregnancy was reportedly the result of a sexual assault by a homeless man. The girl was playing basketball with her teammates in the schoolyard when he began suffering stomach cramps. Feeling ill, she rushed to the restroom, when, to her surprise, she gave birth to a girl. The newborn, who was initially not breathing after birth, was rushed to a hospital. Her parents, friends, and the girl herself had no idea she was pregnant, although it was noted that she had gained some weight. The student had been attacked in a park on her way home from school at the end of last year.
